I collect and process personal data (such as your name and email address) solely to communicate with you, process bookings and payments, and provide the services you've requested.

Payment processing is handled securely. I do not store your payment details myself.

Your data will not be shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide these services (e.g. payment processing). You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting ca.jacquelinescharunge@gmail.com.

This site does not use tracking cookies beyond what is required for basic functionality.

By booking a mentoring session, coaching programme or event ticket, you agree to the following:

• Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Coaching and mentoring sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Event tickets are non-refundable but transferable to another person upon request.
• Programme fees are non-refundable once the programme has started, except in cases of exceptional circumstances, which are reviewed individually.
